UGL INDUSTRIAL & ENERGY ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2026

Application for approval of the UGL Industrial & Energy Enterprise Agreement 2026

[1] UGL Operations and Maintenance (Services) Pty Ltd (UGL) has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Application for approval of the UGL Industrial & Energy Enterprise Agreement 2026 (the Agreement).

[2] Having heard from the parties and considered the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 11 March 2026. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 3 March 2029.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union and the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union.
