Introduction
- HIS HONOUR: After a hearing between 15 and 17 September 2015, on 21 September 2015 I gave a judgment in proceedings between Trinvass Pty Ltd (the Applicant in these proceedings) and the Council of the City of Sydney (the Council), concerning a proposed development sought to be carried out by the Applicant at 216-228A Elizabeth Street, Sydney. The result of that hearing was that development consent ended up being granted in a fashion that required - after dealing with the merits - the revision of plans and the revision of the conditions of consent.
- These were subsequently provided to me and, in late October 2015, a development consent consistent with that determination was granted.
