THE COURT: 1 The Court delivered its reasons for judgment on 19 February 2016. 2 In that judgment, the Court made certain orders. The parties have agreed on an amended set of orders to give effect to the Court's reasons. 3 The amendments are to take account of the fact that the appellant has already discharged some (but not all) of his liability to the Applicants under the Settlement Agreement coupled with the ongoing disputes regarding both the quantum of the Defence Costs incurred by the appellant and the balance (if any) of the Self-Retained Aggregate 4 In these circumstances, the Court agrees that the orders should be varied. 5 For ease and convenience, it is appropriate to make the new orders in substitution for those previously made. Thus the orders of 19 February 2016 will be vacated and the orders proposed by the parties will be put in their place. I certify that the preceding five (5) numbered paragraphs are a true copy of the Reasons for Judgment herein of the Honourable Chief Justice Allsop, Justice Gleeson and Justice Beach.
