This is a procedural decision by Fair Work Australia approving a single-enterprise agreement for an aged care facility. The applicant, Three Tree Lodge Lithgow Limited, applied for approval of its enterprise agreement with nursing and health services unions. The Commissioner was satisfied that all statutory requirements were met, noted that a written undertaking formed part of the agreement, confirmed that the unions were covered by the agreement, and approved it to operate from seven days after the decision until 30 June 2014.
