1 Robyn Jane Lindholm, Torsten Trabert and John Anthony Ryan, you are each to be sentenced for the murder of Wayne Amey on or about 11 December 2013. The murder of Mr Amey followed him being forcibly abducted from the car park of his apartment building in Hawthorn by you, Torsten Trabert, and you, John Ryan, at the instigation of you, Robyn Lindholm. He was taken away, killed and his body carefully concealed. The prosecution case was that you were each part of a joint criminal enterprise to murder Mr Amey.
