THE DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS COMPANY PTY LIMITED ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2026

Application for approval of The Distribution and Logistics Company Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2026

[1] The Distribution and Logistics Company Pty Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as The Distribution and Logistics Company Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2026 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 9 December 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2028.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Workers' Union.
