TRINITY GRAMMAR SCHOOL PROFESSIONAL AND OPERATIONAL STAFF AGREEMENT 2025

Application for approval of the Trinity Grammar School Professional and Operational Staff Agreement 2025

[1] The Association of Independent Schools NSW (AISNSW) has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Trinity Grammar School Professional and Operational Staff Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 21 July 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 January 2028.

[4] The Agreement covers Independent Education Union of Australia.

[5] Schedule 1 of the Agreement is varied under s.218A of the Act to increase the pay rates for Level 1-3 and 5 General Operational Staff as follows:

The rates of pay in column 1 of Table 1(c) are replaced with the amounts of:

• $51,267 for Level 1;
• $53,239 for Level 2;
• $54,862 for Level 3;
• $59,746 for Level 5.

The rates of pay in column 2 of Table 1(c) are replaced with the amounts of:

• $53,574 for Level 1;
• $55,635 for Level 2;
• $57,331 for Level 3;
• $62,435 for Level 5.

The rates of pay in column 3 of Table 1(c) are replaced with the amounts of:

• $55,717 for Level 1;
• $57,860 for Level 2;
• $59,624 for Level 3;
• $64,932 for Level 5.
