The applicants' grounds for Invalidating Resolutions 9 and 10
The Original Request for Interim Orders- Urgency
• The first payment instalment was due on October 1, 2025.
• Requiring the Second Applicant to pay the allocated premium difference (totalling $443,978.57 for 2024/2025 and $210,320.79 for 2025/2026) would be a "severe and ruinous financial burden" that could lead to the financial ruin and closure of the Business.

Because an interim order application may be decided without submissions from the respondent and affected persons, the application must fully provide all of the relevant facts, evidence, and arguments, both for and against the application.[9]
