On 14 July 2022, the applicant sought internal review of the decision. The internal review determined to affirm the 23 June 2022 decision. The applicant has filed an application in this Tribunal seeking external review of the Commissioner's decision.
Introduction
- The applicant, at the time of the hearing was 44 years of age. The respondent is the Commissioner of Police NSW Police Force (the "Commissioner"). The Commissioner's delegate formed the view that it was not in the public interest for the applicant to be issued a Firearms Licence (the "Licence").
