[3] The shadow diagrams that form part of the application plans show that the shadow diagrams were prepared based on 23 September, rather than 22 September. I am satisfied that the difference in shadows between the two dates would be negligible. I am satisfied that any difference in the overshadowing would not make a meaningful change to the impact of the shadows that would alter my findings.
