(c) Mr Perera's statement that the Car was handed over on 2 November 2021 is consistent with the timeline set out in SJ Transport's written submissions prior to the hearing on 28 March 2025, but inconsistent with the timeline agreed at both hearings before me, that Mr Singh took the Car on 26 October 2021.
What are the terms of the contract between the parties?
Should the Tribunal make the declarations sought by the parties?
