Olefir v Brazil Catering Pty Ltd [2024] FWC 1584
Australian Building and Construction Commissioner v Pattinson [2022] HCA 13
I find Mr Totos to be a highly experienced and sophisticated business operator. Mr Totos had sole management and control of the business of operating the store. He exercised a high level of control over a wide range of business and operational matters. He was the sole decision maker in all matters relevant to Ms Pumpa. Mr Totos used the Deputy software and employed a bookkeeper to assist him in managing at least two stores at the time.
An employer must make, and keep for 7 years, employee records of the kind prescribed by the regulations in relation to each of its employees.
