Legal Profession Act 2004 s.4.3.15; dispute between client and lawyer; lawyer gave advice which led to client bringing proceedings in Supreme Court; allegation that lawyer should have advised client that he could bring proceedings at VCAT at less cost; advice given by lawyer would have been given by substantial majority of lawyers, so no negligence on part of lawyer; alternatively, case destined to end up in Supreme Court even if commenced at VCAT.
