Judgment
- The plaintiff seeks leave to appeal from a decision of the Local Court at Sydney pursuant to which a permanent stay was ordered under s 20 of the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cth) of proceedings which he had commenced in that court. His claim in the Local Court was for a sum alleged to be owing to him under a contract. Twenty-one grounds of appeal are set out in the plaintiff's summons. I will summarise those grounds after recording the context of the proceedings.
