Judgment
- COMMISSIONER: The applicants appeal Canterbury City Council's refusal of a development application (DA) for alterations and additions and conversion of a warehouse into a multi-dwelling housing development at 147 Moorefields Road, Roselands (the site).
- The appeal is made under s 97(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the EPA Act). At the time the Class 1 Application was lodged with the Court, the council had not determined the DA. The DA was refused under delegated authority on 19 January 2015.
