ROYAL FLYING DOCTOR SERVICE OF AUSTRALIA (SOUTH EASTERN SECTION) PILOTS AGREEMENT 2025

Application for approval of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (South Eastern Section) Pilots Agreement 2025

[1] The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (South Eastern Section) has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (South Eastern Section) Pilots Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 5 November 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2028.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Federation of Air Pilots.
