[2005] WAIRComm 2444
defendant. Application discontinued
1 cited instrument linked from this judgment.
This is a short procedural decision where the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission formally discontinued an industrial relations application after the applicant (Mr Bouwman) filed a Notice of Discontinuance. The case had been set down for conciliation before a Deputy Registrar, but before that process concluded, the applicant decided to withdraw the matter. The Commissioner made a formal order discontinuing the application. No substantive legal issues were decided.
