The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 1 September 2025, [2025] FWCA 2929; AE530274, is corrected as follows:

The below paragraph is inserted between paragraphs [6] and [7]:

[6A] The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) and the Health Services Union Of Australia (HSU) lodged Form F18 statutory declarations giving notice under s 183 of the Act that they want the Agreement to cover them. In accordance with s 201(2) of the Act, I note the Agreement covers the unions.
