HORIZON POWER & ASU SALARIED ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025

Application for approval of the Horizon Power & ASU Salaried Enterprise Agreement 2025 - Correction to operative date.

[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 18 June 2025 [ [2025] FWCA 2019, AE529406] is corrected by deleting paragraph [4] and replacing it with the following:

[4] The Agreement is approved. In accordance with section 54(1)(b) of the Act, and as specified within the Agreement, the Agreement will operate from 1 September 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 August 2028.
