The applicant to deposit with his solicitors in Perth all certificates of shares held by him in the first respondent upon the terms that if the respondents or any of them are successful in these proceedings the said shares will be held by the applicant's solicitors as security for any unpaid costs owing to any such respondent or respondents and made available to them for that purpose in such manner and on such terms as the Court thinks fit.
There will be liberty to apply to vary the amount and terms of the security for costs.
The costs of the motion for security for costs be reserved.
