Introduction
- Jamarlee Hynch is still a young man. He was born in 1998. His first criminal conviction was in October 2019. He was charged and was convicted of using a carriage service to send indecent material to a person under the age of 16. As a consequence of his conviction, he was placed on a Community Corrections Order for 3 years. Another consequence of that conviction was that he was placed on the Child Offender Register.
- His criminal record reveals that he failed to comply with reporting obligations on a number of occasions. The last non-compliance resulted in a sentence of imprisonment to be served by intensive correction in the community.
