HAVING heard Ms V Annese and with her Ms J Allen-Rana on behalf of the applicant and Mr K Singh and with him Mr P Robinson on behalf of the respondent, and being advised that the Order in this matter (2016 WAIRC 00260) deposited in the Office of the Registrar on 2 April 2016 contained an error, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 hereby orders -

THAT the order of the Commission deposited in the Office of the Registrar on 2 April 2016 be and is hereby corrected in the terms of the attached Schedule.

Clause 4.3. - Suburban Electric Railcar Allowance: Delete subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a) of subclause 4.3.1 of this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof:
