PENTARCH FORESTRY EDEN ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025

Application for approval of the Pentarch Forestry Eden Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] Pentarch Logistics Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Pentarch Forestry Eden Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 7 November 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2026.

[4] The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union.
