The applicant also sought declarations that the respondents were in breach of notices given under sections 48, 51 and 129 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006. Given the orders made by the Tribunal, the declarations sought will have no practical effect. The Tribunal declines to make the declarations sought by the Owners Corporation.
