Application for variation of the Orora Beverage Cans (Canning Vale) Enterprise Agreement 2022
[1] Orora Packaging Australia Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a variation ("Variation") to the Orora Beverage Cans (Canning Vale) Enterprise Agreement 2022 ("Agreement"). The application is made under section 210 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
[2] The Variation seeks to introduce into the Agreement a 6 day, 4 shift roster. A copy of the Variation is attached to this decision as Annexure A.
[3] The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union is covered by the Agreement. It supports the approval of the Variation.
[4] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of sections 210 and 211 as are relevant to this application for approval of the Variation have been met.
[5] The Variation is approved. The consolidated version of the Agreement, as varied, is attached to this decision.
