Application for variation of the Opal Functional Coatings Enterprise Agreement 2025
[1] On 24 December 2025, Opal Packaging Australia Pty Ltd made an application under s 210 to vary the Opal Functional Coatings Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement). Voting to approve the variation concluded on 22 December 2025.
[2] The application seeks to vary clause 43 of the Agreement. The variation to the Agreement is attached as Annexure A.
[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements under ss 210 and 211 as are relevant to this application have been met.
[4] The variation is approved and the consolidated version of the Agreement, as varied, is attached to this decision.
[5] In accordance with s 216 of the Act, the variation operates from 17 February 2026.
