s.604 - Appeal of decisions

Appeal against decision [ [2019] FWC 7073] of Commissioner Gregory at Melbourne on 14 October 2019 in matter number U2018/12137.

[1] Pursuant to s.606(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009, I order that the Decision in [2019] FWC 7073 and Order [PR713315] of Commissioner Gregory issued on 14 October 2019 be stayed until the hearing and determination of the appeal or further order.

[2] The order is subject to the following conditions:

Omni Group Pty Ltd T/A Omni (Appellant) is to establish an interest-bearing bank or other financial institution account and deposit the gross sum set out in the Order made by Commissioner Gregory, $12,563.00, by 5:00pm Friday 29 November 2019. The amount is to remain in the account until further order.

The Appellant is to provide my chambers with evidence of the establishment of the account and the deposit by 5:00pm Friday 29 November 2019.
