- By an Application for disciplinary findings and orders filed on 14 January 2021 (Application), the NSW Legal Services Commissioner (LSC or Applicant) seeks a disciplinary finding of professional misconduct and related orders in respect of Ms Jia Hong Zou (Solicitor or Respondent) who at all material times was an Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of s 6 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) (Uniform Law). The Respondent was admitted as a solicitor on 23 August 2013 and has held a practising certificate since 5 October 2013. Prior to her admission as a solicitor, the Respondent practised as a registered migration agent from early 1998.
