General protections dismissal dispute - no dismissal - application dismissed

[1] For the reasons given on transcript during the hearing conducted on 9 April 2026, I find that Nicole Silipa was still a casual employee of AllStaff Australia QLD Pty. Ltd. (AllStaff) as at the date of the hearing and had not been dismissed by AllStaff within the meaning of s.386 of the Fair Work Act 2009.

[2] Ms Silipa's general protections application is dismissed.
