s.365 - Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal

Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal - Jurisdictional objection - Respondent says that they did not dismiss the applicant - Objection dismissed - proceed to conference.

[1] For the reasons given on transcript following a determinative conference that I conducted on 11 February 2026, I am satisfied that the respondent, The Trustee for the Cheshmeh Trust (ABN: 33 527 686 391) trading as Busy Boy Café, dismissed the applicant, Ms Kristen McCormack.

[2] I dismiss the respondent's jurisdictional objection to the application.

[3] I will now proceed to conference this matter, as required under s 368 of the Act.
