Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal - jurisdictional objection withdrawn during hearing.

[1] Mr Amandeep Singh has made an application under s 365 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act). The respondents, Sectrol Systems Pty Ltd and Grant Belsar, object to the application on the basis that Mr Singh was not dismissed.

[2] At a jurisdictional hearing today, the respondents withdrew the jurisdictional objection. Accordingly, I proceeded to deal with the matter as required by s 368 of the Act. The Commission's function in relation to this application has now concluded.
