Correction to a decision in an application for an unfair dismissal remedy
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 7 February 2019 [2019] FWC 732, is corrected as follows:
[1] By adding to paragraph [46] the word "claim" as per the following,
[46] Correspondence between solicitors for Norgrove and solicitors for Ms McCloskey was also exchanged prior to her dismissal claim.
[2] By adding to paragraph [82] the words "filing" and "claim" as per the following,
[82] ... Prior to filing her dismissal claim solicitors on her behalf wrote to Norgrove contesting that she was in breach of duty. ...
[3] By adding to paragraph [98] the word "reasonable" as per the following,
- [98] ... "had no reasonable prospects of success"...
