Mirvac Funds Ltd v Moonee Valley CC (Land Valuation) [2009] VCAT 1924
- Pursuant to s 13DC(6) of the Valuation of Land Act 1960, the four parcels of land (comprising the subject land respectively in each of the proceedings L11/2008, L23/2008, L24/2008 and L25/2008) are to be regarded as together forming rateable land and valued accordingly. The combined subject land comprises the land now consolidated as Lots 1 and 2 on Plan of Subdivision 544834N and being the land in Certificates of Title Volume 11049 Folios 348 and 349.
