Application for approval of the Boneham Aged Care Services Inc Aged Care Sector Employees ANMF-SA and United Workers Union Enterprise Agreement 2025 - correction to paragraph [4]

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 5 January 2026 ([2026] FWCA 10, AE531730) is corrected to replace paragraph 4:

[4] The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the FW Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. The United Workers' Union (UWU) are not listed as a bargaining representative but has also given notice under s.183 of the FW Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2) (and based on the declarations provided by the organisations), I note that the Agreement covers these organisations.
