Bullied at the annual ECh diner at the Convention Centre. 6 Month Probation period Review dismissed by. Unfair treatment and unreasonable expectations scenarios set up to fail and safety at risk. Exclusion from 2x meetings, town hall meetings, and Christmas staff meetings. Declined Training I registered for. False Allegations. unfair suspension. grievances not acknowledged. incident and bullying reports erased. belittled. victimised. Compared to other staff members. scrutinised. restricted work device emails not able to access evidence and safety concerns concerns were deleted. withheld final pay slip. taxed to much on lave lumpsum. spoken to in a derogatory manner. word scrabble misleading emails. I have been a target for many years now and just want it toto stop stop [sic].[1]
Well, it wasn't at first. I was trying to work out who it was individually, but then when I notified formally, they ignored it. They dismissed it and didn't even acknowledge my (indistinct) that I submitted. So it then became the employer. But I did start with individuals.[5]
MS MANN: So I was bullied at the ECH annual dinner, and there was a retaliation from that. I just did a formal complaint, and a grievance, and discussed it with my manager. And, yes - - -
HIS HONOUR: What was it - you say retaliation from that, what do you say was that retaliation?
MS MANN: Set up scenarios, which were - just little things, like, not - some the staff within ECH deliberately did things that would make me fail or run over time, like, it was deliberate acts. Or, like - - -
MS MANN: - - - give me contradicting information, and yes. And I'd get spoken to with disrespect because I didn't follow that person. There was - yes, very much confusing - always confused with what information was provided. And that's why I've done the chronology. It shows - it proves that there is a trail or pattern of withholding information that will help you progress forward.
But then, you are - the consequences of asking questions is retaliation. And that was four allegations delivered to me in one go. In one shot. All four. And they're untrue. They're not true. And I would like those removed because it's not right. Stealing money off of a good client or demanding money off of a client. My goodness. And you can see what leads up to those four allegations. There's dates of things that have happened that I've asked questions, that hasn't been - obviously, questions aren't allowed.[8]
