Can Ms Brown and Respondent please confirm attendance and best contact details before close of business today, 4 November 2025.

Ms Brown has been afforded two opportunities to progress the matter, and continuing the proceedings will result in further loss of time and additional legal costs for the respondent.

However, if Ms Brown fails to comply with the directions issued, including the timely filing of submissions, the Application may be dismissed.
