various considerations to be taken into account. Farstly, the
value of money deteriorated between November 1973, the date of
the trial in Mies Sharwan's case, and May 1977, the date of
trial in thie case, The C.P.I. figure had risen from 140 to
228 so that the proportionate comparison in round figures is
between $86,006 and $130,300 and between $42,000 and $68,400.
