(#P107_13478) In Sihota v Pacific Sands Motel [2003] NSWSC 119 at [6], Austin J commented: "It is plain that the reference to Part 9.7 [in s.58AA of the Corporation Act 2001] is now incorrect, and should be a reference to Part 9.6A, which deals with jurisdiction and procedure of Courts".
