Application for approval of the Hume Doors & Timber (Vic) Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] Hume Doors & Timber (Vic) Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Hume Doors & Timber (Vic) Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,4 I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 26 September 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 September 2027.

[4] The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union.
