HOLCIM (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED DUBBO AGGREGATES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2026

Application for approval of the Holcim (Australia) Pty Limited Dubbo Aggregates Enterprise Agreement 2026

[1] Holcim (Australia) Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Holcim (Australia) Pty Limited Dubbo Aggregates Enterprise Agreement 2026 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 23 March 2026. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 15 March 2029.

[4] In accordance with s.205A(2) of the Act, the workplace delegates' rights term in the Cement, Lime and Quarrying Award 2020 is taken to be a term of the Agreement.
