HICHEM PAINT TECHNOLOGIES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2011
Application for approval of the HiChem Paint Technologies Enterprise Agreement 2011.
[1] An application has been made for approval of a single-enterprise agreement known as the HiChem Paint Technologies Enterprise Agreement 2011 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) by HiChem Paint Technologies Pty Ltd.
[2] The parties have advised that there were errors made in the rendering of the company name at clauses 2(b), 11, 13 and 19 of the Agreement. The company's correct name is "HiChem Paint Technologies Pty Ltd". Clause 1 - Title should read as it appears on the front cover of the Agreement "HiChem Paint Technologies Enterprise Agreement 2011". I am satisfied that the correct title is "HiChem Paint Technologies Enterprise Agreement 2011".
[5] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54(1)(b) of the Act, will operate from 29 March 2012. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 2 April 2014.
