HEYDAY5 ACT PTY LTD COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 2024-2027

Application for approval of the HEYDAY5 ACT PTY LTD Collective Agreement 2024-2027

[1] Heyday5 (ACT) Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the HEYDAY5 ACT PTY LTD Collective Agreement 2024-2027 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 24 July 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 March 2027.

[4] The Agreement covers the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia.
