- The applicant claims that the Council failed to consider the following relevant matters:- (i) The impact of the fuels which would be stored in the fuel storage system, including the types of fuels which would be stored, the size and/or location of the fuel storage system and/or the potential hazards to the community and the environment. (ii) The suitability of the bore water supply as a potable water supply. (iii) The stormwater management on the site or its impacts on surrounding land.
(iv) The management of grey water effluent, particularly the impact which the storage of grey water effluent in the stormwater detention pond would have on the physical and biophysical environment and the amenity of surrounding properties. (v) The geotechnical suitability of the site for the proposed development. (vi) The impacts on the locality arising from the construction work involved in the development, including: A. the impact of noise arising from construction works;
