Application for approval of the Fugen Constructions Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2029

[1] Fugen Constructions Pty Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Fugen Constructions Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2029 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 20 October 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 13 October 2029.
