This is a straightforward procedural decision approving an enterprise agreement. Freo Group Pty Ltd applied to have its 'Goldfields Esperance Agreement 2024' approved under the Fair Work Act 2009. The Fair Work Commission was satisfied that all legal requirements were met and approved the agreement. The Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU), which was involved in bargaining for the agreement, also gave notice that it wanted to be covered by the agreement, which the Commission noted as required by law.
