1. For the reasons set out above, I find that:
   • the pricing information in document 1 is exempt under section 34(4)(a)(ii) of the FOI Act (noting that the Department has agreed to release the description of the works);
   • documents 9 and 18 are exempt documents under section 30(1) of the FOI Act; and
   • the remaining documents (documents 2 to 8, 10 to 17 and 19 to 20) are not exempt and should be released.
2. I vary the decision of the Department accordingly.
