FERRERO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025-2028
Application for approval of the Ferrero Australia Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2028
[1] Ferrero Australia Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Ferrero Australia Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025-2028 (the Agreement).
[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 14 October 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 August 2028.
[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union.
