s.185 - Enterprise agreement
Ensign Services (Aust) Pty Ltd t/as Ensign and Linen Services Australia
Application for approval of the Ensign NSW Laundry Production Enterprise Agreement 2025
[1] Ensign Services (Aust) Pty Ltd t/as Ensign and Linen Services Australia has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Ensign NSW Laundry Production Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).
[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 25 August 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2028.
[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Workers' Union.
