Application for approval of the Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd National Logistics Support Centre Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd National Logistics Support Centre Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 24 December 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2028.

[4] The Agreement covers the United Workers' Union.
