EBOS GROUP AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (NEW SOUTH WALES) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025

Application for approval of the EBOS Group Australia Pty Ltd (New South Wales) Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] EBOS Group Australia Pty Ltd t/as EBOS Healthcare has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the EBOS Group Australia Pty Ltd (New South Wales) Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 26 August 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2029.

[4] The Agreement covers the United Workers' Union.
